Brazil Critical Massacre

Tragedy struck a Critical Mass ride in Alegre, Brazil when a motorist ran over the entire group of riders and then fled the scene. The video footage is horrifying and shows the car plow through the crowd of cyclists, leaving a chewed up pile of riders and bikes in its wake.

As for my own thoughts on the matter, I am at a loss for words. Ride safe.

I thought I’d watch this video and have a good laugh but that was shocking. At that speed it should be attempted murder.

    this left me kinda disturbed.

on another note, there are some hot chicks brazilian critical masses! probly not so many after this tho :(

Its amazing to me how authorities almost always think bicyclists had it coming and shouldn’t be playing in the street anyways. I administer my own justice. Whenever someone thinks they’re being cute and brushes me close on the road I always turn into an Altered Beast and when I catch up to them I give their rear view mirror a righteous tweak! Pricks.

I am horrified by that. I am also suprised no one chased him down on their bikes. I feel also that they should be able to get the license plate number somehow.

they found the guy’s car and the asshole’s lawyer’s allready contacted the police

keep in mind, the psycho drives a VWgolf and has a lawyer in Brazil = he’s probably not too worried.

I think the only way this guy’s getting what he deserves is if people just track him down and beat the living shit out of him with pedal wrench (Park PW-4 “battle axe”) leaving him crippled and disfigured for the rest of his days

I wouldnt really expect much from the judicial system though.

I hope everyone heals up allright.

Reymundo, I was there and that was terrible. In the other hand, afaik the pretty girls plan to keep going to future Masses, because…

    # The Mass does not stop! The Mass goes on!
