Our Zlog x Coal Schooner beanie made its way into the Girls With Balls shoot for Vice Style. I couldn’t be more hyped.

Ever since Tyler got a hold of his Commuter jeans by Levi’s they have been his primary jeans for riding. The reflective strip on the inside cuff is a nice touch.

If you haven’t owned an Outlier garment then you might be missing out on some of the finest technical wear of our day. The prices reflect the quality and it sure isn’t cheap, but it is a small price to pay for comfort, mobility and superior fabrics. The following 3 items could be a godsend for those all-season riders who want to add a bit of class to their wardrobe.
First up is the Soft Core Wool Vest. It has 3 layers of materials which work together to keep the wearer warm without overheating.
The second item is one of my favorites and is back for another season. The Pivotal Bomber Jacket has the looks of an updated military style jacket with all the flexibility one might need when cranking on bike. It breaths like a second skin and repels water effortlessly. You can check out the product review to read my full thoughts on the jacket.
Lastly, the Liberated Wool Peacoat really rounds off Outlier’s line this season. Being from the Northwest, I have an inherent love for wool. This coat boasts the warmth of wool with a cut that has the active man in mind. Made in the U.S. of Swiss materials; classy!

Some Macafama tees are on eBay. I always liked this design and if you do as well then you better swoop, because a little birdie told me these might be the last of their kind. For collectors sake, grab one.
Earlier this year Tokyo Fixed announced their collaboration with Andreas Samuelsson. Since then, they have been busy teaming up with some of their friends across the UK including Il Soigneur and Cyclodelic, to turn Andreas’ pattern into a range of t shirts, a cap, and a musette.
Such a great collection!

Outlier is going for that desert nomad look as they release their Summer Experiment line. I am really digging the Ventilated Cotton Shirt!
The dog days of summer are already upon us, and there’s no letting up here at Outlier HQ. Inspired by the desert environs of Spiral Jetty, we’ve concocted a range of Outlier Summer Experiments to keep you cool in those rising temperatures. As always with our Experimental drops, these are hyper-limited runs of pieces we’ve been playing with in the lab. Ideas that we’ve developed and iterated to the point where we want to set a few loose into the wild and see how they evolve.

We did things different this year and split our summer collection up and released it one bit at a time, starting with the Vader Shades. Shortly after, we dropped the Hell on Wheels Collaboration with Actual Pain, and re-released the heavily popular Drop Bars Not Bombs design. Now comes the close of the summer collection with a new design and a new message; Don’t Tread on Me. The term has been used as a slogan of American patriotism, of disagreement with government, and a symbol of support for civil liberties. In this instance we use the term in the literal sense, as a declaration against road violence. To top it all off we listened to the people, and released Zlog logo v-necks and tank tops with distorted discharge ink, each print is unlike the last. As always with Zlog merchandise, each run is super limited and isn’t guaranteed to be re-printed, so if you like a design, get it fast.
Head over to the Zlog Boutique online store and scoop up some of the new goods.
keep reading for the whole lookbook.

Matt Spencer snapped these photos of Joe McKeag getting up and over a large Leader Mordecai. Joe is definitely repping hard for that 29′er crowd and making it look good. To celebrate how good Joe looks, Wolfdrawn is selling the ‘700c dont limit me’ tees for dirt cheap.
On sale at Wolfdrawn’s web store.
Go get em!
John has been teasing us with these Viking SPD collabo shoes from DZR and finally they are available for the pillaging. Go over to the DZR web shop and get them before they are out. Only 100 pairs were made which means limited!
They turned out great, not too flashy. Go support the homie!
Burro sent over their latest collaboration with Eyes Wide Awake. Digging the clean design! Go scoop a Polo Jack or Fixed Queen tee.
We’ve worked with Chad from Eyes Wide Awake from the very beginning. He designed our original logo and has participated in every artist series we’ve done. We commissioned him to design a series of playing card/cycling-related t-shirt images that we had printed by screen-printer extraordinaire and Team Burro member Jared Scheurer of LYM Printshop in South Florida.
Today we are proud to announce the release of Hell On Wheels, a collaboration that has been in the works for over a year. With Seattle being such a tight-knit community it was only a matter of time before we teamed up with T.J. Cowgill of Actual Pain. His clothing line has picked up a lot of attention in the last couple of years and we are honored to be a part of his Summer collection (set to release any day now). You can get your hands on several different styles of Hell On Wheels, including tees, tanks and crewneck sweatshirts. They are now available at the Zlog Boutique and will be carried at Actual Pain retailers.
Levi’s has recently been working on a cycling inspired collection. This video breaks down the many features of the 511 Commuter jeans that should be hitting Levi’s stores soon (available on the web now). If these skinny jeans are a hit, I hope they have the foresight to make them in several cuts (514, 520, 501?) to accommodate those horse-legged cyclists along with the skinny dudes.
We never rush development at Outlier and this garment has been in the making for nearly as long as we’ve been around. So yes, we’re pretty excited to finally have it in our hands, The Anorak.
The Anorak uses a pullover construction with two way side ventilation. The magnetic front piece is fully adjustable so you can protect your neck in the style of your liking. The 3XDry Cotton Linen fabric has a sturdy hand feel that combines the soft touch of cotton with the crisp handle of linen and the unparalleled performance of Schoeller’s 3XDry treatment.
This is an Outlier Experimental Edition. A limited edition release available at the Outlier webstore on July 19th at noon ET. $425. WWW.OUTLIER.CC
