Running a 36×12 ratio, that ain’t no joke!
I thought I was mistaken when I first read the downtube of Charlie Mudson’s murdered out track machine. The frame is actually a VISP trxnl-2 which can be seen in further detail over at its Pedalroom page. It definitely reminds me of a Leader, but I think biting the Leader 725 is the trend these days.

This is a mean rig! Nemesis Project continues to dominate the American handmade fgfs game and the Steveland Cleaner 26″ specific frame is no exception. I cannot believe the amount of toe clearance with 175mm cranks.
The wait for a Nem-Pro can be quite long, but definitely worth the wait for something handcrafted in the States. Check in with them at the Nemesis Project facebook.
Jeff from All-City got his Nature Boy Zona custom painted in some good ol’ red, white, and blue. If you wanna see more pictures check out Bike Jerks
Here are the last few photos from my visit to Elliott Bay Bicycles. The trike seen is a Bob Jackson, and from what Mark told me, people used to race these. One detail that really surprised me was the double front brake. I also snapped a couple shots of the tubes and lugs that were laying around the shop.
A few more photos are over at flickr
Last week we showed some photos from the bike shop, Elliott Bay Bicycles which is known for their custom made Davidson frames . They also happen to have a very nice collection of bikes kicking around the shop, so I snapped some shots of the things I found particularly unique.

This Masi was covered in Campy components that were drilled and painted like I have never before seen.
This Duravia was crafted from aircraft aluminum and was joined with glue.

The stick shift-esque shifting mechanism for the front derailleur is located on the seat tube. Pretty wild!
To see part 1 follow the link and don’t forget to tune in next week for part 3.
Nicola Guida is an Italian designer who created this racing frame for Picchio, a small manufacturer of racing cars based in Ancarano, Italy. The bike design was his final student project, and Picchio helped him out with the construction of a prototype.

I really enjoy seeing how things are made, especially bicycles. This video shows the process from bare steel tubing to the finished product. Very nice.
Wow, this is the most legit looking complete bike with the wide bars and a slew of solid components. Check in with your local bike shop for ordering information.

Spotted this amazing Colossi tandem frame at 14bike co. Quite possibly the best track tandem I have ever seen. View more photos at Colossi’s flickr. Hopefully we will see some updates when it is built up.

This Australian-made frame is gorgeous. The geometry hints at its old age, but the restoration makes it look brand new. Nice one Aaron.
