Deal With it TV – Snow O’ Connell
This is Snow’s first edit, but he has been a regular commenter on the blog for quite some time. Finally good to see what kind of stuff this guy has in store. The fakie stair rides are so sick and I have been waiting to see this kind of creativity. It doesn’t hurt that he is sporting the Drop Bars Not Bombs and Hell on Wheels tank tops!
Not to mention, Matt Rice’s video work is super clean. You might remember Matt from Bootleg Sessions fame.

Exclusive Look: Bombtrack Hubs
Bombtrack gave me the go-ahead to reveal their newly patented hub system. They have been in the works for quite a long time with Simon Andraca testing them. Now that they are patented, they will be put into production which should be finished and ready for distribution in late August or early September. Note that similar systems from other brands will be paying royalties to use this technology.
Hubs come as 9t or 10t option and in 3 to 4 colours – and fitting hubguards will be available of course. The release and shipment of the Bombtrack hub will be late august / early September 2012.

Ride & Style 2012 – Joe McKeag
Joe “My Name Isn’t Couch” Mckeag showed up prepared for the Ride & Style with an arsenal of huge tricks. His truckdriver was the first one I’ve seen landed in a fixed gear competition, and his 540 was a real showstopper. He is easily one of the best young riders out there, and will surely be a favorite to watch in future competitions.

Tyler took second at the Red Bull Ride & Style event and I am super stoked for him considering the intense level of competition that he faced. Tyler’s pedal feeble to 180 bar was, without a doubt, one of the most exciting tricks of the day. It is especially awesome if you know that it was the very first time that he had attempted the trick, let alone land it first try! Great work Tyler!

Midwest Mayhem 3 – Fixies Up Your Ass

It will be held in Milwaukee, WI on June 9th. The trick jam will be held after hours at 4 Seasons skate park with the pre-jam hangout/beers/root beers/awesome new video premiere(s) at the Hi-Hat Garage (the bar that held the first MWM).
